Is my data safe?

Yes. We use bank-level AES-256 encryption and delete documents within 24 hours. We don't sell or share your data. Ever. Your documents are processed in-memory and never permanently stored on our servers. Think of us like an ephemeral screening service—data comes in, gets analyzed, report goes out, original document is destroyed.

Which commodities is this best for?

We're optimized for physical commodity trading: crude oil, refined fuel products, sugar, grains, coal, metals, and other bulk goods. We understand FCOs (Full Corporate Offers), ICPOs (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Orders), Bills of Lading (B/L), vessel charters, POF (Proof of Funds), SBLC (Standby Letters of Credit), BCL (Bank Comfort Letters), MT760/MT799, and mandate structures common in these industries. Not ideal for: forex, crypto, real estate, or generic B2B contracts.

Do you support NDAs or confidential deals?

Yes. All documents are processed with zero retention by default. For extra security, Enterprise plans can request on-premise deployment, custom data handling agreements, or air-gapped processing for ultra-sensitive transactions. We've worked with traders handling government contracts, embargoed regions, and politically sensitive deals.

Can I white-label reports for my firm?

Yes, on Pro and Enterprise plans. You can add your company logo, remove our branding, and customize the report header/footer to match your letterhead. Perfect for compliance teams, trading desks, or brokers who need to present findings to clients under their own brand. You can even customize the risk score thresholds and color schemes.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel anytime with one click from your dashboard. No contracts, no questions asked. We'll even give you a full refund within 30 days if you're not satisfied. Unused checks roll over for 90 days on monthly plans, or until your annual expires. We're traders too—we get that deals fall through and priorities change.

How accurate is the AI? Can I trust it?

But we're not perfect—that's why we include a manual review step where you can verify and correct AI extractions before finalizing.
