  • Processing: Documents are analyzed in-memory and never permanently stored on our servers
  • PDF Reports: Generated on-demand and sent via email; we don't retain copies

Data We Retain:

  • Account Information: Kept for the duration of your account plus 90 days after cancellation
  • Payment Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes (legal requirement)
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized; retained indefinitely for service improvement

Your Right to Delete:

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where legally required to retain.
